Shipping and Delivery Policy

A purchase buys a pack of applications: the right to have JobsEye prepare and submit that many job applications on your behalf, to roles you have authorised. Nothing is posted or couriered to you.

A pack is added to your JobsEye account balance once the payment is confirmed. You will see the new balance in your account, and you can start using it straight away.

Each application is recorded in your account once it has been submitted, so you can see where and when it was sent.

Everything is delivered online, to your JobsEye account at jobseye.in. Confirmations and updates about your applications are shown in your account and may also be sent to the email address on it.

If a pack you paid for does not appear in your balance, or an application you expected was not sent, write to us at jobseye@infiniteleapai.com or through the Contact page. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains what happens to an application that could not be completed.
