On 21 October 2026, JobsEye counted 6,279 live Indian roles marked for freshers on employers' own careers pages. Most of the employers with the most roles hire on Workday or Oracle Cloud, so expect an account with each employer and a few pages per application.
Where they are
- Cities: Bengaluru has the most open roles of any Indian city (24,125 on 21 October 2026), then Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram and Chennai.
- Systems: about 7 in 10 of the Indian roles JobsEye applies to are on Workday; Oracle Cloud, SmartRecruiters and Greenhouse carry most of the rest.
- Employers with the most Indian roles: Accenture, PwC, Genpact, Marriott and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
How to apply as a fresher
