Big 4 jobs in India: where each firm takes applications
PwC hires on Workday, KPMG Global Services on Oracle Cloud, EY and Deloitte on SAP SuccessFactors. What each application looks like, what the emails after it mean, and which ones JobsEye can send. 24 October 2026.
The short answer. Each Big 4 firm takes applications for India on its own careers site, on a different system: PwC on Workday, KPMG Global Services on Oracle Cloud, and EY and Deloitte on SAP SuccessFactors. On 21 October 2026, PwC had 1,896 live Indian roles on its careers site and KPMG Global Services 512.
Firm by firm
| Firm | System | Live Indian roles (21 Oct 2026) | Can JobsEye apply? |

| PwC | Workday | 1,896 | Yes |
| KPMG Global Services | Oracle Cloud | 512 | Yes |
| EY | SAP SuccessFactors | Not counted | Not yet |
| Deloitte | SAP SuccessFactors | Not counted | Not yet |
JobsEye applies on Workday and Oracle Cloud, among six systems; SuccessFactors is not one of them yet, so for EY and Deloitte you apply on their own sites yourself.
What happens after you apply
- PwC sends a "You have pending tasks" / "Update Government IDs" email, almost always within a minute (about 19 in 20 JobsEye applications to PwC, the slowest in 37 seconds). It's automatic, sent before anyone reads the application. Its "Progress update" email is a rejection; it came a median of 2 days after applying.
- KPMG Global Services uses Oracle Cloud: you sign in with your email, and a returning candidate gets a one-time code in their own inbox.
