How we write our comparisons and guides
The rules behind every JobsEye comparison, alternatives list, best-of list and guide: where facts about other products come from, how we date them, how we state our own numbers, and how to report a mistake.
JobsEye is our product, and we write about tools that compete with it. These are the rules every comparison, alternatives list, best-of list and guide on jobseye.in follows.
Facts about other products
- From that product's own pages only. Prices, plans, free starts and where a tool applies come from the product's own website, help pages or pricing page. Reviews, directories and other companies' blog posts are not sources, even when they agree.
- Dated. Every page says the date it was checked. A fact older than 30 days is read again before a page that repeats it is published or updated.
- Their claims stay theirs. Where a product makes a claim we cannot check (a user count, an interview rate), we either leave it out or say it is the product's own claim.
- Where another tool fits better, we say so. Every comparison names the person the other product suits better, in the same plain terms as JobsEye's.
- Never run down. We compare what each product does, with facts a reader can check. We follow the Advertising Standards Council of India's code on comparative advertising.
Facts about JobsEye
- Our own numbers, dated. Results come from JobsEye's own applications, with our team's accounts left out, and each says the period it covers.
- Percentages, said plainly. Where a group is small, we say so.
- No guarantees. JobsEye's Premium pack carries a shortlist promise: more applications, free, if no company has shortlisted you after 100. It is never a promise of a job or an interview.
- Prices as on the pricing page, checked on the date the page shows.
Corrections
If something on a JobsEye page is wrong, including anything about another product, write to jobseye@infiniteleapai.com with the page and what is wrong. We check it against the source and correct the page. A correction changes the page's "checked" date.
Who writes these pages
The JobsEye team, which builds the product. Pages are drafted with AI help, checked against the sources above, and approved by the founder, Abhinav Srivastava, before they are published.
