JOB REQUIREMENTS RESPONSIBILITIES: • Process daily samples, prototype and literature requests from customers and Omya's Sales Department, including receiving, documenting, ordering and shipping. • Effectively communicate with customers and members of Omya's Sales Department when shipments are processed, ordered, backordered or shipped. • Email order status to the corresponding requesting party, on a regular basis. • Ensure timely delivery of samples to customers. • Maintain...
