Job Summary: The selected candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment in the Etch processing areas. This equipment includes, but is not limited to: Lam Alliance (4400, 4500, 9600), AMAT P5000 & P5200 (DPS, MXP, MXP+), STS Pegasus, DUV Fusion M200PC and Gasonics Asher L3500.
