# JobsEye vs Naukri vs LinkedIn Easy Apply: What Is Actually Different

An honest comparison of how JobsEye, Naukri and LinkedIn Easy Apply work: where the jobs come from, where your application goes, and when each one is the right tool.

Naukri, LinkedIn Easy Apply and JobsEye all promise a quicker way to apply. They do very different things, and knowing the difference tells you when to use each one.

## Where the jobs come from

**Naukri and LinkedIn are marketplaces.** A role appears there because an employer, or a recruiter working for one, posted it there. That makes them good for breadth, and for roles from recruiters and consultancies you would never find otherwise.

**JobsEye reads employers' own career pages.** The roles come from the careers sites companies run themselves, mostly on systems like Workday, Greenhouse and Ashby, and each one is checked as still open before we show it. Many large employers, including most global capability centres in India, post there first and some only there.

## Where your application goes

**LinkedIn Easy Apply** sends your LinkedIn profile, a resume and a few short answers, but only for roles where the employer has switched Easy Apply on. For every other role, LinkedIn sends you to the company's site to apply there yourself.

**Naukri** sends your Naukri profile and resume to the employer or recruiter through Naukri. Your application is judged as a Naukri profile.

**JobsEye** fills in the company's own application form, the same one you would fill in by hand on its careers site, and submits it there. Your application lands in the employer's own hiring system, in the same queue as everyone who applied directly, and the confirmation comes from the company.

## How much of the work is done for you

| | Naukri | LinkedIn Easy Apply | JobsEye |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where roles come from | Posted to Naukri | Posted to LinkedIn | Employers' career pages |
| Where you apply | Through Naukri | Through LinkedIn, or on the company site | The company's own form |
| Long company forms | You fill them | You fill them | Filled for you |
| Resume per role | One profile | One resume | Tailored to each role |
| Being found by recruiters | Yes | Yes | No |

The last row matters. Recruiters search Naukri and LinkedIn for candidates. JobsEye does not put your profile in front of recruiters; it applies for you.

## Which one to use when

They are not substitutes. A sensible split:

- **Keep your Naukri and LinkedIn profiles current**, so recruiters and consultancies can find you, and use them for referrals and your network.
- **Use Easy Apply** where it exists and the role is a good fit. It is quick.
- **Use JobsEye for roles on employers' own sites**, especially the long Workday and Greenhouse forms that take 20 minutes each by hand. That is where filling forms eats the most time, and where many of the best roles are.

## The honest caveat

JobsEye only applies where it can fill the company's form truthfully from your answers. If a form asks something we do not know, the application is not sent and it goes back to your balance. There is more on that in [why JobsEye never guesses](/blog/why-jobseye-never-guesses/).

**FAQ**

**Is JobsEye a replacement for Naukri or LinkedIn?**
No. Naukri and LinkedIn help recruiters find you. JobsEye applies for you on companies' own career sites. Most people get the most out of using both.

**What is the difference between Easy Apply and applying on the company site?**
Easy Apply sends your LinkedIn profile and resume through LinkedIn. Applying on the company site means filling the employer's own form, which puts you straight into its hiring system. JobsEye does the second for you.

**Does JobsEye post my profile anywhere?**
No. It only uses your details to fill in the applications you choose.
