# How JobsEye Helps You Apply

What JobsEye does, in plain language, from your first upload to an application on the company's own form.

JobsEye takes away the part of job hunting that has nothing to do with whether you are a good candidate: finding roles that are really open, and typing the same history into a different form for every company. Here is what happens, step by step.

## 1. You upload your resume, once

We read your resume and fill in your profile from it: your experience, education, skills and links. Then we ask the questions nearly every application form asks: notice period, current and expected pay, work rights, where you want to work. You answer them once. You can change any of it later in Settings.

## 2. You see open roles that fit you

JobsEye reads employers' own career pages, on Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby and other systems, and checks that a role is still open before it shows it. There are no job-board reposts and no roles that closed weeks ago.

Every role is scored against your resume, so the ones you fit come first. You can narrow the list by field, experience, place and work mode, or describe what you want in your own words, such as "product manager, 3 to 5 years, Pune".

## 3. You pick the roles, we apply

For every role you pick, JobsEye goes to the company's own application form and fills it in completely, using your resume and your answers. Each application goes with a resume tailored to that role, reworded to match the posting without adding anything you do not have.

We never invent an answer. If a form asks something we do not know, the application is not sent and it goes back to your balance. There is more on that in [why JobsEye never guesses](/blog/why-jobseye-never-guesses/).

## 4. You can see what happened

Every application shows its status in Applications. The company's own confirmation is the proof it went through. Replies from employers arrive in your JobsEye Inbox, so they do not get lost among the rest of your email.

## What it costs

Your first ten applications are free, with no card needed. After that, applications come in packs rather than a subscription, starting at ₹99 for 15. Larger packs cost less per application. You are charged only when an application is delivered.

## What it does not do

JobsEye does not apply to roles you have not chosen, and it does not invent experience, skills or answers. You decide which jobs to go after. We handle the repetitive part of applying to them. [Start at jobseye.in](https://jobseye.in).
